The Struggle For Common Sense Gun Reforms; March For Our Lives

March 23, 2018

Guest: Jean Sutton from Moms Demand Action; Elizabeth Leonard and Emily Hogan, high school students.

A state of crisis in the US: On average daily, 96 Americans are killed with guns. From Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, Sandy Hook, Las Vegas, the Pulse nightclub... Unfortunately the list goes on.

People have had enough and are seeking changes to gun laws. Along with Jean Sutton from Moms Demand Action, we interview Elizabeth Leonard and Emily Hogan. These students, along with their peers all over the country, are leading the renewed demand for common sense gun laws to keep students and other community members safe from gun violence, leading to the nationwide March For Our Lives on March 24th.
