1.5 million adults and 650,000 children struggle with hunger throughout the Carolinas. Every community is home to families who face food insecurity. Many of these households do not qualify for federal nutrition programs. They rely on local food banks and other hunger relief organizations for support. Our guest, Mike Darrow, Executive Director, will talk about how Feeding the Carolinas works with Food Banks in the Carolinas to provide a healthy and consistent food supply to our communities.
