In the heart of Mumbai, where children once searched for food in piles of roadside garbage, a quiet revolution began.

In 2002, moved by the desperation he witnessed, Manoj Magar founded Rays of Hope Ministries — a place of refuge and renewal for the city’s most vulnerable.

Through programs like Ashalaya, offering care for children, women, and the elderly… the Hope Centre, supporting survivors of human trafficking and their children… and Project ASHA, providing critical care to those battling TB, HIV/AIDS, and cancer… Rays of Hope continues to bring light into some of the darkest corners of Mumbai.

Today, we welcome Rays of Hope founder Manoj Magar, to be inspired by his remarkable journey and the life-changing work he’s leading in these forgotten communities.

Listen now — and discover what hope in action truly looks like.
