Refugees International

“Refugees International is just fundamentally the golden rule, enshrined in an organization that goes forth into the world to make things better.” - Samantha Power, Former U.S. Ambassador to the UN

Started in 1979 as a citizens’ movement to defend the rights of people fleeing Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos, Refugees International is now a globally focused organization, advocating for people who are displaced due to war, persecution, climate change, natural disasters - wherever rights and refuge are at risk.

A sobering interview with Jeremy Konyndyk who has served in senior appointments in both the Obama and Biden administrations and in a range of U.S. and overseas NGO leadership positions.

Guest: Jeremy Konyndyk, President of Refugees International.
