Understanding Refugees - a personal perspective

The UN Refugee Agency estimated that by mid-2022 there were 103 million people forcibly displaced worldwide. 32 million were refugees. These numbers were up over the previous year. A number of countries are doing their part to help, but oftentimes now, public sentiment is being strained. Germany, in 2015, took in 1 million refugees, last year 200,000. And how does that look today?

Guests: Elisa Graf, American writer and translator living in Germany who had firsthand experience with refugees in Germany.
