Based in southern Arizona, No More Deaths is a humanitarian organization committed to ending migrant suffering and death in the Mexico–US borderlands desert. Through civil initiative, people of conscience work openly, together in support of fundamental human rights. Embracing faith-based principles, their projects include such efforts as providing aid to migrants crossing the desert, documenting migrant abuse by Border Patrol and other government agencies, and searching for those who have disappeared. Since 2004, No More Deaths/No Más Muertes has been working to make a difference in the lives of migrants who need help.
